DRAGON DAI BACC

The object of Dragon Dai Bacc is to choose whether the PLAYER or the BANKER will have the highest total score.

Dragon Dai Bacc is played by up to seven players on a blackjack-type table. Eight decks of cards are used. Cards are given the following point values: Ace cards equal 1; 2-9 pip cards equal their stated value; and 10 and face cards equal 0 (zero).

Players must make a wager in either the PLAYER space or the BANKER space, and may also place optional Tie Tiger Bet, Ox 8 or The Kill Bet bonus wagers in their designated spaces. A Tie wager is an optional bet that the PLAYER and the BANKER hands will tie. All winning Tiger Bet Bonus wagers pay 40 to 1. If the banker hand has a point value of seven using three cards and the player's hand has a value of six or less, regardless of the number of cards, the Tiger Bet bonus wins. The Tiger Bet Bonus wager shall lose on all other outcomes. All winning Ox 8 wagers pay 25 to 1. If the player hand has a point value of eight using three cards and banker hand has a value of seven or less, regardless of the number of cards, the Ox 8 bet wins. The Ox 8 bet shall lose on all other outcomes. The Kill Bet bonus wager pay 60-1. The Kill bet wins when the "Player" hand has a 3-card 8 total or the "Banker" hand gets a 3-card 7 total and the hand does NOT win.

DETAILS

Once all betting is concluded, the house dealer deals two cards each to the player and the banker The score of the hand is the right digit of the total of the cards. For example, if the two cards are an 8 and a 7, the total is 15 and the score is a 5. Scores will always range from 0 (zero) to 9 and a hand never busts. The hand with the highest score wins.

A third card may be dealt to either the PLAYER or BANKER depending on the Rules of Play

Winning hands pay even money (1:1) except as follows:

When the Banker hand is a three-card 7 and is higher than the Player hand (Tiger) the Banker hand is a push (no money is exchanged). The player hand loses.

When the Player and Banker tie on 7, it is a push.

Note Unlike other Baccarat games, in Dragon Dai Baccarat the player does not pay any commission on winning BANKER wagers.

All bets receive action to the extent that the player-dealer wager covers.
