 JACKPOT DISCLAIMER
Ocean’s Eleven Casino
Progressive Jackpot Rules
Effective January 1, 2008

A “Jackpot Collection Fee” will be taken from each pot in all poker games that are eligible to win the Progressive Jackpot. The “Jackpot Fee” is separate and apart from the “Table Collection Fee”

Jackpot Collection Fee
All poker games with betting limits of $1-$2 = $0.50
All other eligible game = $1.00

The Jackpot revenue is put into a Jackpot pool that is separated from all other monies in the Casino. All Jackpot revenue will be returned to the players as Jackpot awards, with the exception of an administrative fee approved by the Department of Justice.

The Jackpot revenue collected from eligible poker games with a Jackpot collection fee of
$0.50 will be separated from all other Jackpot revenue and a separate Jackpot prize pool will be maintained for those games.

Jackpot Rules

A minimum of 4 players must be dealt into a hand to qualify for a Jackpot.

Conversation or communication, whether verbal or not, relation to the value of a hand or indicating that a player has or is drawing to a Jackpot hand, or exposing cards prior to the showdown, will void any possible Jackpot on that hand.

A player who has missed a “Blind” or is new to the table and has not taken a hand prior to the Jackpot hand will not receive a share or the Jackpot award. All hands involved in the “bet and call” or “check and check” showdown at the end of the hand must be turned face up to validate a Jackpot hand.

Before a Jackpot is awarded, the deck of cards used during the hand must be authenticated. If there is any deviation from a standard deck, the Jackpot will be declared null and void.
Jackpot Qualifications

One player must possess a qualifying hand and be beaten by another player who possesses a better qualifying hand in the following poker games.
Note: If there are more than 2 qualifying hands the two players possessing the highest ranking hands will qualify for the jackpot.

Hold’em: Aces full of Tens or better beaten by Quads or better (both players must use both hole cards and players’ kicker must beat the board)

Omaha: Four 9’s or better beaten by any higher ranked hand.

Jackpot Prize Pool Distribution
40% to the qualifying losing hand
20% to the qualifying winning hand
40% shared by all qualifying players at the table

The Progressive Jackpot Prize Pool will be adjusted on a daily basis at approximately the same time each day. A majority of the Jackpot collection will be put into the main Jackpot pool, the reminder will be put into reserve pools. If all pools are awarded in the same day, the Casino will temporarily seed the Jackpot and recover the seeded amount from the nest days Jackpot collection.

Jackpot prizes will only be awarded to the player(s) who qualified for the award. Proper identification is required prior to any Jackpot prize distribution.
